A parody of the enemy named "Mmmrrrggglll" from World of Warcraft. This would be the creature if it had grown up on the lower eastside. Phonetically, "Mmmgggrrrlll" would be pronounced like a sassy thug lady saying, "Mmm, guuuuuurl!"
