I'm just testing out this site. Seems pretty good. Not as much as DevArt but its getting there, and it fixed the flaw of DevArt: the server. This server is very fast, thank you!

All done in photoshop. The obviously main part is the freakish man in the corner, which i created by scribbling in the color with a brush, then radial blurring it in several which ways.
