Description:
I pulled out the markers again. This was a practice to try to shade without the blotchy look I got before. It's better than previous marker attempts, but not quite there yet. I'll probably be adding a lot of marker pieces as I practice with them more.
For anyone who browses DA at all; yes, this is meant as a subtle poke at the horrid between-page advertisements that plague the site now.
I may stick it on a shirt eventually.
Media:
- White conté crayon
- Micron 0.5 pen
Prismacolor markers:
- French Grey 20%
- French Grey 40%
- French Grey 60%
- French Grey 80%
- Black
- Clear Blender
Drawn on a piece of eight-inch by eleven-inch, standard copy paper. Shadow added in Photoshop CS2.

Each of the grey markers comes in a different shade. They make 10% through 90%, 100% would be black and 0% would be white.http://www.dickblick.com/zz213/42/
