I especially like the hair, i dont kno if it was intentional, but its kinda dreadlock-y/matted, hints at a not-so-etopian future.

On first seeing this i thought it was male (didnt read the title >.<) but on looking you can see the feminin details, i like the androgeny of it, it gives it a slight otherworld-lyness to it.I especially like the hair, i dont kno if it was intentional, but its kinda dreadlock-y/matted, hints at a not-so-etopian future.
