Description:
Another Poe portrait. I like the streakish looking texture of the pen and how exaggerated Poe's features look. All in all a fun little piece.

Wow, really captures his spirit; bet he would really like this portrait!

I swear to god that if you made his hair shorter and trimmed his mustache a little, he would look like Hitler.

You can't hate me for saying this.

Anyway, I also like the pen streaks.

Militia, I cannot hate you nor can I disagree with you on it. Edgar and Adolf both look a bit alike, at least in some general ways. I find it a bit creepy actually, especially since Hitler was a big theatre/literature/art junkie. Wonder if he read Poe...

Militia on June 10th, 2008 at 1:02:23 PMReply

Mebbe. If he did we'd have something in common with Adolf.

Other than the brown hair thing. Don't know about you.

AAaand I don't burn Jews.

Lauren on June 28th, 2008 at 4:38:53 AMReply

Well, I'm part German so I do have a bit in common with him already (scary) and I have brown hair.

But, like you, I don't burn/gas/torture/experiment on Jews. Though to be fair Hitler never actually did that, that was grunt work for the SS/prisoners/Nazi Doctors etc.

I also don't share his obsession with syphillus, nor do I use drugs of any sort.
