The Laptop could also have a reflection of the CRT monitor on it, (I know I know, alot of the LCD Monitors aren't reflective but trust me it'll make the picture pop)
Other than the above mentioned...I couldn't imagine how long this must have taken, cause, damn...It looks quite stunning.
